Eligible Locations for the CDCFIB Recruitment 2025/2026 | Application Portal
All Nigerian citizens, residing anywhere in Nigeria, may apply for CDCFIB roles. Applications cover these four agencies:
- Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
- Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
- Federal Fire Service (FFS)
- Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS)
Available Vacancies
Recruitment spans three cadences across the agencies:
Superintendent Cadre
- Superintendent of Corrections (CONMESS 02) – MBBS (NCoS)
- Assistant Superintendent I (CONPASS 09) – Law or Engineering degree (FFS)
- Assistant Superintendent II (CONPASS 08) – BSc/HND (All agencies)
Inspectorate Cadre
- Inspector (CONHESS 06) – Registered Nurse/Midwife (NCoS, NSCDC, FFS)
- Assistant Inspector (CONPASS 06) – ND/NCE (All agencies)
Assistant Cadre
- Assistant II (CONPASS 04) – SSCE/NECO/GCE: min 5 credits
- Assistant III (CONPASS 03) – SSCE/NECO/GCE: min 4 credits or Trade Test Grade III
Total slots include over 30,000 positions:
- NSCDC: 10,000
- NIS: 10,000
- FFS: 5,000
- NCoS: 5,150
General Requirements
Applicants must meet these minimum standards:
- Nationality: Nigerian by birth
- Age: 18–35 years
- Medical fitness: Certificate from government hospital
- Good character: No criminal record or financial embarrassment
- Height: ≥ 1.65 m (male); ≥ 1.60 m (female)
- Chest (male): ≥ 0.87 m
- Educational Qualifications: As per cadre
- Computer literacy is beneficial but optional
- One application only: Multiple agency applications → automatic disqualification
